Sports facilities

AVK gives sports, games and pyhsical culture their due importance. Two hard-court tennis courts are under construction. A Physical Culture teacher and an assistant are regular staff of the school and oversee all sports and games activities in the School. Indoor games such as badminton, table tennis, chess and carrom are encouraged.

A large playground serves the school. Football, cricket and atheletic events are held on the grounds.
An annual sports day is celebrated each year with many atheletic competitions	.
